The aim of the Rubicon competition is to familiarize people with the country's regions, culture, history and attractions. With the help of the ultramarathon, we develop amateur sports in Moldova and Transnistria, involving the regions in the sporting life of the country. We want to unite the country through sports competitions.

THE COMPLETE RUBICON RACE CYCLE
A complete Rubicon race cycle lasts three years. During this time, it is possible to cover all the districts of Moldova, Transnistria and Gagauzia.
After finishing the stage, the competitor receives a badge with the coat of arms of the district where they ran.
After completing the stage, the participant shall register the finish in the mobile check-in system by scanning the chip wristband. If the competitor finishes later than 15 minutes after the deadline, the stage shall not be considered completed and the competitor shall not receive a badge for that stage.
For the most adventurous Rubicon participants, ready to tackle the stages in each district, the organizers have provided a coach that will escort them throughout the RUBICON race route. The coach will accommodate the participants for the entire duration of the race (three days). A luxury coach bus will transport participants from Chisinau to the start of the race and back to Chisinau after the finish. To book a place, choose the "bus" option as you register and pay.
The coach bus fare is 800 MDL per person. The fare includes:
Assistance of two managers for the whole duration of the race
Escort during the race
One resting place provided throughout the race
Access to an electric kettle and microwave oven
Hot and cold drinking water
AWARDS FOR THE HEROES OF THE RUBICON 2023 EDITION
Rubicon is not a single race. The competition consists of dozens of stages, in which participants cover several kilometers, which is why this event is marked with special medals — the coats of arms of the districts the athletes cross.
Day and night medals
Medals are divided into "day" and "night" depending on the time of day the stage is completed.
Medals for 100 km
Once the 100 km distance has been reached, the participant receives an additional medal with the "Rubicon" logo.
Medals with the coat of arms of the district
For passing from one stage in the district, the participant receives one badge with the coat of arms of the district.
The more such medals the ultramarathoners have, the cooler they are, because not everybody can boast of having "run through the whole of Moldova".
In addition to the trophy, the winner of the Rubicon will receive a special board with a map of Moldova, where he can place all the conquered stages.
