RUBICON 2025 will take place 28 February - 02 March 2025.
The route will connect the two capitals - from Bucharest to Chisinau, passing through Giurgiulesti customs. The start is scheduled at National Rugby Stadium "Arcul de Triumf" at 11:00 and the finish at PMAN at 16:00.

Registration will last until 02 March 2025 inclusive. Participants will be able to purchase additional stages during the race itself.
After registration and payment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your participation in the race to the e-mail address you provided during registration.
The participation fee depends on the number of stages chosen.

Participants can change their registration (change of participant, update of personal data, but not of stages) at least 30 days before the event date.
To make changes, the following information is required:
From the slot holder – OrderID, first and last name, date of birth, phone number, e-mail.
From the person to whom the slot is transferred – first and last name, date of birth, phone number, e-mail.
Changes are made online by writing a letter to event@sporter.md, or by physical presence at the Sporter office, 28/1 Calea Orheiului St., 2nd floor.

The results will be published on the https://rubicon.run/ website under the "Results" section after the end of the race.
The minimum indivisible distance a participant can cover. The length of a stage varies between 6 km and 15 km. Each stage has a name. For example, GL8 is the eighth stage which takes place in the Galati district.
If during the race the participant wants to change the chosen stages, they can do so at any time, as registration on the website is preliminary in order to determine the number of stages.
If during the race the participant wants to complete more stages than declared at registration, they can always "purchase" the number of stages at the mobile check-in car.

The organizers have provided a coach to accompany the participants throughout the RUBICON race route. The coach will accommodate the participants for the entire duration of the race (three days).

- Transportation to the race start.
- Escort along the race route.
- Transportation from the finish line back to Chisinau.
- Access to an electric kettle and a microwave oven.
- Hot and cold drinking water.
- Medical kit.
- Tea/coffee.
- Assistance of two managers throughout the race.

For one or more stages completed in a district, the competitor receives a badge with the district coat of arms.
Badges are divided into "day" and "night" depending on the time of day the stage is completed.
Achievement badges for specific fulfilled criteria.
For every 100 km covered, the participant receives an additional "RUBICON" badge.
The race winner will receive a board for the badge collection, the Winner's Cup, a diploma and gifts from the partners.

Between stages, while the participant column runs the route, the bus heads straight to the finish of the current stage, which is also the start of the next stage. In the bus is a toilet, but for your comfort, usually, transit points are located near gas stations, cafes, etc., allowing us to use toilets. If necessary, the bus can urgently head to the nearest gas station. In 7 editions, there have never been difficulties with this issue.
Yes, exactly. If you finish with a maximum delay of 15 minutes according to the plan, it will be considered a successful completion of the stage, and you will receive the area medal.
Yes, there are still available seats on the bus. However, we recommend not delaying the registration until the last moment.
The date and time are fixed. No calendar changes are planned. The event will take place from 28 February to 02 March 2025.
